• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

I picked this beauty up on Tuesday night, for a single Pickup guitar it is so versatile :dude:

2008 NAMM Esquire Custom Shop which Billy Gibbons was involved in the pickup design together with Seymour Duncan :salude

I was a big fan of those when they came out--single-bound Esquires. Everything you need, nothing you don't. They inspired a Lentz I custom ordered that was black and single-bound; although I had him install a 1950s P90 in the neck position.

So what does the selector switch do, just switch in various tone caps?

Yep the bridge is straight out to the amp, the mid is a boost and the neck position sounds like a cocked wah, which sounds killer :dude:

Thanks guys :salude
