• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

That doesn't fit with your original post does it ?
When I couldn't get 1010 screws that fit, I quit. I am not interested in swapping back to Custom Buckers and doing this all over again. I am satisfied with where I am now.

I wouldn’t change a thing either! IF you do decide to tinker with thing again, IF the sound changes, or you begin no to like how it sounds, then I would also like to hear your results. But, if you have it where you like it.....if it ain’t broke...

Jon Gundry has published every single detail, an in some cases almost too much data regarding his research into the PAF.

www.pafhumbucker.com

He is an amazing historian and custodian of this information. Put on a bib and dig in.

What is your point ? For the 8,000th time, metallurgy regarding a PAF has come up. I must have a short term memory issue.

OMG, I feel so disciplined and stupid. Thank you giving my life direction.

You do know there were two iterations of that site ? The original was much more in depth. Maybe when my Adderal wears of
and you become remotely interesting I will dig up the cached site where Jon goes seriously in depth.

Thanks to those who were interested and made a useful contribution to this thread. I am happy with the configuration I have now and have nothing else to say on the subject so I am bowing out.
