• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

It is a little rock and roller, check out the rhythm tone I got on this tune and how it hangs with the dirty guitars, and my dirty voice...

Love your vocals man....sounds great.
Thanks Nick, I thought you would be more interested in my Zemaitis tones (I just loaded it with some killer Wolfetone Legends).

I learned that song from Shorty Lafayette Gilbert who played bass for Howlin' Wolf. I recorded and played on an acoustic blues record that my duet "The Legendary Porch Pounders" did for him (me on guitar, my friend Brad Wheeler on harmonica, and Shorty on vocals and bass). That song was one of my favorites . We recorded the whole album in one night, all live. Now that guy could really sing!!! My version obviously is my take on it and sounds nothing like his.

Damn.

EVERY time I hear you I wanna quit.

I will never even be good enough to be your opening act...

Voice.. and whole track... smokes. Perhaps a slight Faces vibe...

Cool thumbnail: Boogie, Tele, Zemaitis, and this gem with astounding flame maple.

All good things!
