• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

    Early 52 Goldtop?

    What's a fair price for something like this? Electronics 100% intact, no breaks, refinned, & Grovers. Notice there's no neck binding. The pickguard was from an SG!

    Nice Custom Shop "59" Burst Flying V

    Just picked this up. VERY light with a BIG FAT neck. I guess it's essentially a V with 59 LP specs. VERY cool guitar! The neck measures 1.700 wide at the nut {wider than my 05 Historic SG}, 2.086 wide at the 12th fret, .921 thick {front to back} at 1st fret, & 1.199 thick {front to back} at the...

    These came on a 99 Yamano R6 I just bought. Is this a stock tailpiece? Any idea what the "P.G" signifies on the back of the truss rod cover? Thanks!

    1971? Marshall 1/2 Stack

    Can anyone identify the Marshall head/cab {not the silver one} in this photo? Value? Cabinet is labeled "bass/lead" IIRC. The transformer was changed in the head, master vol. mod, cab is original. Thanks in advance for any help.

    92 SG Custom {Regular production?}

    I think it was referred to as a 67 reissue. Are these production or custom shop guitars? Were they built in limited numbers? Not finding much info on it. Thanks!

    Happy Ending...Stolen Guitar in Boston

    Back when I had a shop, I received the flyer shown below in the mail. As you can see, his guitar was stolen in Boston, which is appx. 60 mi. South of me. In all the years I've been involved in guitars, I don't recall hearing too many "got it back" stories, but damned if this guitar didn't walk...

    Top Description {pic}

    There seems to be several types of flame figure that can be described fairly easily with one specific term. I'm curious how others might describe the figure in the top on my 2006 R7 Flametop.
