Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!
Strangely, I ordered a couple of these “vintage forge” ones from Amazon and they turned out to be really good. Proper font and really good colour. Comparable to my CreamTone ones for sure. Cheap too.

That looks great! Much better than my first guitar.
Learn to fix and work on it and you’ll save money on repairs in the future.
Keep rockin and workin.
Cheers!
My Rickenbacker 360 was shipped to me like that from the seller on the other side of the country.
I freaked out when it arrived, called the seller, he thought nothing of it and thought the hardshell case was perfectly reasonable as packaging.
The guitar was fine, as was the case. Still freaky...
Those multi tools are great! I have 16 of them, it’s so cool that they come with a guitar, a case and microfibre cloth to keep it clean.
Colour selection would be nice as all of mine are black, but quality control on them is great and the tools seem sturdy and haven’t stripped or worn at all...
I hope they don’t send you and ABR-1 to replace a Nashville bridge. The two aren’t compatible. They should know what you need as they did build the guitar, but you never know.
Good luck!
Looks legit and from my recollection they were numbered/serial number written on headstock, as the last step AFTER finishing. So the number would be on top of the lacquer.
I remember specifically reading this somewhere, of course I can’t find that now.
Looks good to me.
CTS A500K pots are what I have installed in every humbucker guitar I own. They’re reliable.
I generally use some sort of paper in oil capacitor, the value of these makes more of a tone difference than the pots.
There are so many things to add or change within the guitar’s harness.
Are you good...
A dab of Vaseline on the end of a Q-tip and applied to the little black plastic piece under the switch mechanism. You might be able to do this with an inspection mirror/flashlight and a steady hand.
