    blown fuse,deluxe reverb

    I put a 16 ohm speaker which actually measures about 12 ohms in a deluxe reverb ri and when I turned the volume of the amp to 4 1/2 the power went out causing a fuse to blow.haven't touch it yet,do you think this is from the speaker or another problem with the amp? what should I do?
