To me Burstbuckers are a bit brighter than Classic 57s due to having one coil wound dominant. They are also slightly noisier to me for the same reason.
Gibson ads say that the 61R has " reverse wound, reverse phase windings to control hum when the coils are split". I would contact Gibson for a wiring diagram or instructions

When installing a Bigsby on an SG with the strings grounded to the stop tailpiece posts, how would you recomend routing the string ground to the Bigsby? The Bigsby is a B5, so it wont contact the strap button like a trapeze tailpiece is grounded
