I think I read somewhere before that refretting can help stiffen a soft neck. Has anyone heard this before? If this is not the case, is there a cure or am I just doomed to wait it out until the neck stiffens over time? Thanks, Scott

Hey All, Does anybody have some info on the LP custom '54 reissues that came out in the early 70's? AFAIK, they had one piece mahogany necks but what about the tenon and the body? Has the Wrath of Norlin befallen these models or are they still acceptable in terms of weight, quality, etc...
