• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Sorry to read about your negative reaction. My wife and I both did the two Moderna vaccines without any issues at all.

A somewhat cloudy day here with not much to do but watch movies and sip cocktails. Rock on!

busier than a rented mule, or something like that. I'm taking a break after unloading the car. I figured out that I can drive around the garage into the backyard and back in right up to the bulkhead. There's a nice concrete apron that makes unloading the car a breeze. Well, as far as the footing goes. Hydrating. 79 sunny some clouds.

Last week we were wearing sweaters during the day, heat at night. This week we were shutting the heat off in the day and on at night. This coming week we'll be using a/c during the day. We had our one week of spring and straight into summer.

gonna grill on our new grill tonight ... if it's not raining.

Another mellow Sunday here...still suffering from Covid vax side effects due to my lymphoma. Like I have a baseball embedded in my armpit. Still quite uncomfortable but the docs say it’s nothing to be overly concerned about. Although it is limiting my ability to do things like go for a walk, bicycle ride or rip on the motorcycle...even playing guitar gets irritating after 30 minutes or so. I can manage about an hour at a time on a computer so I’m light duties for work as well. Still waiting for a date to start chemo. Ugh. So, I’m reading, listening to music and playing video games. Could be worse....

Yesterday was a rough day for my brother. he got his second Moderna shot on Friday and on Saturday was sick as a dog. Puked for 8 hours, I drove him to the ER for an intravenous drip. He's 99% better today.

The warm weather continues, we're due for some T-showers this afternoon. I walked to retrieve my car from downtown, afterwards my back called me out for being a cheapskate and not taking another Uber to go get it. Just a little too soon, I tweaked it only a week ago last Saturday.

So, there I was with a sore back, I decided to weigh the Deluxe on the bathroom scale last night. Wow, I was surprised. I thought it might have been 9 to low 9s. Granted, it's not shipping precise, but the weight came out to 10.2 lb. I think I'm going to buy a dedicated wide, padded strap for this one.

Hello everyone. Just watched Max Verstappen win the Monico Gran Prix. Wife wants me to get out and go for a walk. Probably drag the car out and clean it up. We're now fully vac'd. Some friends played at the local winery Friday night. First time out in a long time.
