• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

I've got one. Nice player. Sounds great too. I added the reflectors as they seem to enhance the vibe a bit.

if you ever decide to let it go, shoot me a message. Man, the more I look at it, the more I want one. Elegant and beautiful guitars

Not as I recall. I'll have to take a look.

I think you're right, the imprint is on the recent RIs only.

Guys, what were those new more than 10 years ago and what would a fair used price be?

I have seen one but with golden hardware. Were they built differently gold or nickel as an option?

It sports this serial nr. and I have seen others were the font looked different. Could one of you owners of those guitars compare it to the font on your guitar's headstocks? Would really be appreciated.

another one had a COA pictured below, the other one the regular older ones with the orange background. Again, different runs, different guitars, im clueless?

Reminds me of some of the L.P.'s made back in the mid `70's that were white but turned yellow after a couple of years gigging in clubs> People could smoke in clubs back then. I don't think that stopped until the mid `90's.. The lacquer soaks up the nicotine and turns yellow..

Looks just like mine. I have Serial number 7 4600. As far as I know, they were all Nickel hardware.

You are right, they were all nickel. The one with the serial pictured above (7 4840) is mine.

I tried to send you a PM but you have chosen not to receive any. Do you still have the guitar?

Hi, I just picked up one of these and wondering if someone could tell me if the tailpiece is chrome or nickel? I need to order a replacement as the one that was on it was replaced by a different brand in chrome and I want it back to original spec. The bridge almost looks to be nickel but could be a bit tarnished.
Thanks.

Edit, I just noticed someone pointed out these were all nickel. Can someone confirm if in fact they were nickel or chrome? I believe the pickups covers seem to be chrome but could be wrong.

Thanks

Beautiful Custom!! The TV finish works so well with the black plastics and the gold hardware. Wow.

Can anyone chime and and confirm if the hardware/ tailpiece is chrome or nickel. Mine has an Gotoh tailpiece and I want to order an original Gibson in either chrome or nickel but not sure which one to order. The Gotho is chrome and looks like the bridge is nickel but not 100% sure.
thanks.

I'll have to get some pics up, but I have something very similar, described as 'TV Gold', COA just calls it a 'B7', and it has factory Klusons. 2010 model, all mahogany with a one piece body.
Stunningly beautiful, and I have only seen a tiny number out in the wild, a google search for pics shows mine and one other.
