I'm headed to New Orleans today- anyone happen to know offhand if it's still there at International? It is still listed on their site, so I'm hoping so.

Hi Tom- No, I played it yesterday. Then phone died last night trying to post.

Right now it’s more accurate to say I’m always in the market for trying out a new burst rather than purchasing one. I do have a friend in Houston who’s talked about it, I think you met him atArlington a few years back . . .

Beautiful guitar visually and every other way! 0 7171. Definitely a thin neck (front to back), I loved it- neck is very much like my ‘61 dot neck. Refretted as mentioned, I think, jumbo frets that are pretty tall, it played great. It’s really vibrant in person.

One other thing I’ll mention, the guy on Baronne St. who got it out for me (owner Steve was not there) couldn’t have been more congenial and cool, he was really a pleasure.

I stopped in IVG the beginning of March to hopefully get a look at this one, but it certainly wasn't on display. Even though the staff is indeed accommodating, I didn't attempt to ask so as not to waste their time. Great shop, though.

I would bet that anyone toting a 185k bank check walks out with the guitar in hand.. Nice guitar and the folks at International Vintage are great, fair and easy to deal with..

I visited the guitar while in NOLA a few weeks back for my niece's wedding. Was nice to see in person. :salude
