• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

I bought this new in '01, and this is the first time I
have been able to get close to it's true color in pictures.

I always liked those Butterscotch R8's. Just excellent LP's.

I liked them & then I didn't like them, & then I hated them. I think there were just SO MANY of them, you know? 2001-2002 R8s. A million of them were Butterscotch. Now I don't care as much. I just want the neck to be decent & the top to be interesting. That one looks killer. Notice the "lava lamp" action going on next to the TOM & tailpiece on the bass side?

Thanks guys! This was a Guitar Galleria flyer guitar.
The only things I have changed, are the nut
to unbleached bone, and nos vitamin q pio caps.
I absolutely love this guitar. Nice fat neck, and thick tone for days.

Great looking top with the wide flames. Is it a Custom Authentic with the factory grovers?
