I see quite a few of Joe's signature Studio Les Paul's, from both Gibson and Epiphone circulating. Also a few Custom Shop Les Paul Standards, artist inspired or inspired by series I think. All dark backs.
However, I don't see much relating to the USA Standard signature model released in 2012.
Hopefully there is someone on here who can set me straight with numbers produced of the USA standard JB sig and the specs...
I'm not holding out much hope direct from Gibson themselves, perhaps I am being a little pessimistic.
I have one coming to me later this week that dates to December of 2012, but as I say I can't find much in the way of specs and details.
Any historical links popping up on the Internet are old shop listings with little detail. or floods of studio models. I'm going to assume that for the most part, the specs are going to be the same as the 2012 LP Standard.
Some visual details and assumptions (that may be wrong):

Some visual details and assumptions (that may be wrong):
- Grover locking tuners (these were standard in 2012, no?)
- Black plastics on the back
- Black paint to the rear of the guitar
- Multi-ply (black and white) pick guard as opposed to the single-ply on the studios
- Cream body and neck binding (standard)
- Truss rod cover features Joe's Signature (not 'Bonamassa').
- Black poker chip and pickup rings (modern height pickup rings)
- Greeny style knobs
- TonePros Tune-o-matic bridge and Stop Bar or something different? Saddles aren't nylon, like on the CS.
- Pickups? It would be nice to think these were something different being it's a signature model. Are they Alnico V) Burst Buck Pros or something different?
- Electrics - I don't have it in my hands yet so i can't see what's going on in there.
