57 classic pickup install question

Hi All,
Just put a set of 57 classics in my les paul classic and I was wondering if anyone knew if I have to rewire the color wires(green,red,black,white) as the 57 are 2 coducter opposed to 4 coduceter on the old pickups or do I leave them the same and if so does anyone know how I have to wire them.I am awfull at this stuff and help is greatly apprieciated.

I'm no wiring expert, but there are alot of articles on guitar wiring and Les Paul wiring (color codes of wires, etc) out at this great web page (Steve Ahola) blueguitar. Once there select articles on guitars and amps from the left side menu.

I find DiMarzio's web page a little confusing when it comes to Les Paulwiring. You might need to download Adobe acrobat to read some of the pages, but it is free, so if you haven't done that I would recomend you do that.
