It had a strange large plastic plate bridge with triangle shaped saddles on it when I got it. They made that bridge with non-staggered post holes, so it has a second bridge post hole right next to the original. The original bridge post hole was plugged with something so used the second post hole to string it up for these pictures. Joe Glaser will be remedying that and the refret soon.
I see, Joe is the best...

If the intonation is fine, I would keep the glue in the saddles, that's a great piece of the guitars history..

Now you just need to superglue everything else down, I'm sure you can glue the control knobs, the strings to the tailpiece and nut and the tuner gears.

Has anyone tried superglue instead of wax for potting PAFs yet? 😂
