• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Anyone have any ideas of the best way (cheapest way) to get from DFW to the show hotel? thx.

I plan on taking an Uber. Probably the only way to do it any cheaper would be to find someone else going at the same time and share an Uber.

Lyft estimate says $32 - $36 each way. Depending on pick up and drop off time, Super Shuttle was about $25 plus tip round trip for me with possible pick up/drop off of other passengers along the way. Direct is more. Their web site has a fare estimate calculator. Lyft from the hotel to the show estimated to be be $6 - $8, which is about what I paid last year.

Going there as soon as I clean up and get dressed (I live about 45 minutes away). Hope to see some vintage Juniors, and especially would like to just feel the neck on a '59 burst....don't even want to pick it up, just want to feel what the profile is like on the genuine article.

.....looking at you TW59...wink, wink!

Thanks for letting me hold your burst Tom. You are a true gentleman, and that is a beautiful guitar.
