• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Sold my pair of USA Tribute Ts when I quit playing and got rid of everything a couple years ago. All my guitars ... all my basses ... every amp.

Started playing bass again three months ago, almost by accident (got a text from an old bandmate from back in the day). Built a cheap Strat pretty quickly and started to get my fingers back in shape for little strings. Last week my lovely wife bought me another USA Tribute T in Iced Tea Burst and I love it. A bit more work than the first two from '17 but it's sorted now.

Was a little disappointed with the bowed pickup rings but every Tribute in the store had the same problem. And I'm gonna have to reverse the E string saddle for perfect intonation. There is also a slight offset on the board where it meets the neck on the bass side, but I can live with it.

My first two from '17 were perfect.

But got it set up. Sanded the edges for faux binding, and put a toggle ring on it so it looks like the real thing. Plays like a Les Paul should and looks like one, too.
