• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

If you haven't checked out Bobby Whitlock's youtube channel, you should! He and his S.O., Coco Carmel, have uploaded well over 150 video/interviews with Bobby discussing interesting details about is career and involvement with several seminal and really important musical acts. Fascinating details about working with Clapton, Derek and the Dominos, Delaney and Bonnie, Duane Allman, the Allman Brothers, Leon Russel and many others. Great stuff!

Caught everything, even the ones they were forced to take down by Capitol-Apple critiquing the recent All Things Must Pass 50th anniversary release (Bobby had words regarding the re-mix).

Along with the shirts... the man has a great memory, spirit, a sparkle in his eyes. And an inimitable laugh.

Cheers to them!

That was a good video.
I found this one with Eric Johnson playing with them in Austin. That guy can play. He never did play much until the end of the video, but when he did, it was brilliant. Did not try to out play the other guy, just really played for the song.

The stories of the ‘hillbillies’, Delaney and Bonnie, going to England and trashing people’s places they stayed are a hoot too. As are the Layla sessions, obviously.
