• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Selling my MK III combo as noted above. Simul-class with reverb, no EQ. Cream tolex cab.

It was recently in for its 30-year checkup at Uncle Albert's in Indianapolis (an authorized service center). We replaced the filter caps with new Mesa caps and had to replace a couple of orange drops that were leaking DC on the pots (these were replaced with Mojo Dijons as seen in the pics). It looks like another Orange drop was replaced before I got it (see the 3rd chassis pic; it looks a bit different than the others). I'll send the repair paperwork along with the replaced parts.

The tubes currently in there consist of a pair of Boogie 6L6GC STRs, a pair of SED EL34s from 2007 (I don't remember if that's before or after Reflektor bought the name), and some old GE 12AX7s (actually, 6681s) that I had NOS. I still have the Boogie and and Winged C 12AX7s that were in it when I got it and will send those along.

Speaker is in good shape, as is the fan. Kevin at Uncle Albert's said that the amp was in fine shape, overall. Other than the caps noted above, everything else is - to the best of my knowledge - original.

I don't have Boogie footswitches. I use a Marshall single-button switch for the lead/rhythm function and it works fine. I've been using an old Fender 2-button (reverb/vibrato) switch for the reverb and rhythm mode functions; I just put RCA -> 1/4" adapters on the ends and it worked perfectly! Those footswitches won't be included.

I'm selling the amp cos it's just not my thing.

I have no idea what these are actually worth. Let's say $1000, shipped. It's a heavy beast, so shipping will be pricey. I'm not going to hold you up for PP fees.

Now for the disclaimers: The amp works. I'll be glad to send you a "hostage video" of me playing it right before I pack it up. I'll insure the amp during shipping. HOWEVER... Tubes can get shaken up and damaged during shipping. Sometimes, they just die. I'm not warranting the tubes in any way. If this is a concern, please don't buy the amp.
