Tarot Card Pickguard
Cavaier Hot Lion Pickup
Edred style Esquire wiring (CTS Pots, Cloth Wiring, Sozo and Mallory Caps, Switchcraft jack)
Fender Figured Maple American Professional Neck with locking Kluson tuners
Fender American Professional 3 saddle bridge with compensated brass saddles and mini ashtray
Zemaitis style engraved output jack

Not to hijack this thread.
But thinking of the Rev BFG, here's an Esquire that
the Fender CS together with Kit Carson made for Billy.
You are in good company Daniel.
Billy used it when recording with Ronnie Wood.

Wow! That's looking cool.
Fore sure Billy Gibbons would like it too.
Well he does love Esquires:)
Awesome, and a nekid lady too.
What's a rock and roll axe without some nekidness :) Sex, Drug, and Rock and Roll Ren!

Just imagine how many cool guitars he has!
looks fantastic! love that bridge!!
Thanks Zack, the body was already pre-drilled for an American Professional style bridge so it was a no brainer. I like the rounded saddle edges and the mini-ashtray which I've never seen before.

Congrats, enjoy in good health, awesome build, including parts. Nice figuring on the neck... Love the bridge and mini-ashtray!

Dig it: Here's a good front-on image of the tarot guard:

When I see these builds, especially British racing green, I begin to imagine what I might do... JB flights of fancy.

[sorry for hijacking]

Maybe khaki leather, for a British racing auto heritage vibe.

Since I used to own an old MG midget in BRG I considered a saddle leather pickguard, and I tried it with an anodized guard, but I didn't like the feel of it, and I thought it looked too conventional, and not rock and roll enough. I just got done building a conventional style Tele in my favorite color, Fiesta Red, so I wanted it to be more wild looking. I much prefer the look and feel of the Tarot card pickguard.

Here it is with the Fiesta Red Tele...

Lovely. I'm a sucker for dark green guitars - my favourite Strat is Sherwood Green.
Sorry, I've got to ask. Is your's really as light in colour in the flesh as it is in the photos?

It looks exactly like the first picture, it's a little bit loud :)
