I just bought a 2019 Les Paul Standard 50’s last week. It is the fourth LP that I have purchased with two to three knobs cracked. Always the same knobs. My 2010 R5 and both my ES LP Bass & Guitar had this issue. I’ve bought four sets of aftermarket knobs from a vender on eBay, no more issues. I’m almost certain they came that way from the factory. Looking at listings on Reverb, I see the same thing if the photos are clear. Anybody else notice this?

Yeah, that happens. I think a few of mine are cracked too. They never became loose or fell off. It's a thing.
No one notices it with reflector knobs.

However, if your knob is bent, consult your physician.

Did those come off of a Murphy? Cracked, with green corrosion is considered
desirable to, booteek’ even.
I couldn’t resist… I have a few cracked knobs, as long as they stay on the pot shaft, “it’s all good man.” No cracks on the speed knobs I have.

I have this knob in two other colors, no cracks. Oddly enough, they were cheaper Gibsons.

Yes, many of my LPs have cracked knobs. But not my 60th R9.

I don't really even noticed the cracked knobs. As long as the guitars play and sound great it's of no concern.
