Hey everyone, just wondering if everyone else has experienced unfulfilled orders from Creamtone.

Currently working on a ‘59 Build and ordered some parts a couple of months ago from Lonnie at Creamtone and haven’t heard anything since.

A couple of weeks after, I saw on their Facebook page their reviews are shocking of unfulfilled or satisfied orders.

Has Lonnie done a runner?

It’s disappointing because a couple of years ago, his stuff was top notch for my ‘61 RI standard.

I just looked on the website and Lonnie said he will be out Jan 28 . I don't know what's up ? In the past I have gotten stuff and parts and he has always been very good and reliable . I hope he is okay !

I ordered a pickguard for my custom Dec 3, it was delivered Dec 9.

The one on the left is Creamtone. The one on the right is the old one that was replaced.

I was about to order a pick guard but this gave me pause, my business went elsewhere. Hope they are OK, and rectify issues. Sorry to those with outstanding orders...

Should you need a pickguard in the future try Dan at Mojoaxe. There is none better. Too bad about Lonnie/Creamtone, he was a great source and we did much business back in the day.

don’t know but it’s a shame…it was always a pleasure to deal with Lonnie a couple years ago

His Reverb shop is running. I needed a truss rod cover for my '61 Standard, and I couldn't find one anywhere else. I hesitated, but his Reverb feedback was all good, and recent. I pressed my luck, placed my order, and it arrived a few days later.

I ordered a Joe B bridge from Lonnie a few months ago. It took a while due to supply issues. I called about a month into it and he was still waiting on it. I called back a few weeks later and he had them in stock and shipped it that day. My call prompted him to ship it I guess. That's ok. It's been crazy I'm sure. He seems like a good guy and trying hard. I like his products. I'm super happy with the bridge. Best and tightest fitting tune a matic bridge I've seen in a while.

I just called and spoke with Lonnie today. He said that he does not look at his email much. He prefers that people call him. He was very nice and I am ordering some stuff from him right now.

His telephone number is 864-363-6511, and he is available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm eastern standard time.

I'll add that he has always answered the phone and been very helpful to deal with. Definitely, call him.

For the record... business websites aren't the only game in town. There are far too many free options and social media that get the job done so much better.

I called him at 9:05 this morning and he answered on the first ring. I had forgotten to specify an aged gold bracket for my pickguard. I just ordered so I can't say how quickly he ships but he is easy to get a hold of.

This explains my Luthier's long wait for a pickguard to correct 52/57 conversion gap
