• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

I read the reviews beforehand about the companies from which I'm going to order SEO for the site or content

An update on my end, he never delivered (technically). I received a poker chip, and a truss rod cover, but he failed to send my reliced Kluson single ring single line tuners. I have contacted many a time, even on reverb, he assured me he’d send them out once he took stock, but after 2 1/2 years, I can’t see that happening. Annoyed as that was 3/4 of the value of my order.

I could never call him, living in Australia means that the time difference is shocking. Very disappointed, not only for myself, but for how professional a business he used to run.

MojoAxe is definitely the way.

Regards,

Sam

Sorry for your frustrations. I avoided using Creamtone because of this and other threads, thankfully.

Several years back they had a wonderful website with lots of goodies and I even ordered a few knick knacks from them and was quite pleased with them . Too bad and very unfortunate that this is now gone .

About a year and a half or so, Lonnie left his home in the Carolina's and moved to Canton, Ohio. I had personal contacts with him when this took place. He was spreading the word that he was partnering with Lay's Guitar Repair out of Akron. Lay's had opened a facility in Canton and Lonnie was to be working out of the Lay's building. To make a long story short, Lonnie ran into some issues and he could not uphold his end of the "partnership". Essentially, he got out of the business and moved to Vegas, whereabouts currently unknown. Turns out, the partnership was not actually a partnership. This info comes to me direct from sources at Lay's that I have know for over 25 years. Too bad, Lonnie's stuff was pretty good.

I always found him easy to work with. He made some harnesses for me and my R7 enjoys his humbucker A3 pickups.
