Maybe a Special Order, Double-cut Byrdland. The player, Billy Byrd, is the "Byrd" in Byrdland?

In the video, Billy Byrd is playing the one-off byrdland double cutaway. It had a narrow neck and short scale.

l-5 has regular width neck and long scale. also the l-5 tailpiece.

Ok, it's a Byirdland but in this particular guitar the scale is 25.5, not 23.5", if you watch a normal Byrdie the neck and PUs spacing is different. Yes, the tailpiece is Byrland style. My2 cent.

it looks like that one-off may have a full length scale. Good eye.

looking again, I overlayed the custom birdland photo over an L-5 and come up with a short scale...

Interestingly, the Brydland in the attached link has a Byrdland tailpiece while the one Billy is playing in the clip has a Bigsby. I guess it was a "two-off"...
