Deluxe Replacement Pickups

I've got a 79 Deluxe with stock pickups. Doesn't sound as good as my earlier Deluxe which was stolen. It doesn't have as much attack, it has a more compressed sound. I like blues, not heavy distortion and I use a Dual Showman amp.

Interested to hear from anyone who's put in different pickups, particularly with P90s, different manufacturers etc

Gibson is also making replacement mini humbuckers... chrome & gold and they come with the creme surround assembled...

I went through a couple of different sets of mini humbuckers (including Gibsons and Duncans) for my '70 Deluxe and finally settled on a set of Fralin P-90's with a 15% overwound bridge pickup. I've been really happy with them.
