Ebay Fraud alert

This auction will not end well.

The pictures are not of my guitar, but the serial number and description are!

I purchased a '55 strat on ebay about three months ago and it was serial number 6743.

This seller used the same serial number and parts of the description but used different pictures.

If anyone can alert ebay that would be great, I have never had much luck with alerting ebay.
