• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Absolutely. Then if you put your bluesy fingers in a nice LP through a DR then you'll sound much better.

I'd prefer vintage tweed, but prices on those haven't come down like the guitar market. :dang

My preferred is my '74 Pro Reverb, but it's a long way up to 3 on that dial for a good break.

yes... I have been waiting to buy a nice vintage tweed deluxe but the prices remain mostly the same as two years ago

if you are looking into a vox style amp. check out the bugera bc30. its like a matchless only at a fraction of the price. now before i get flamed i know its not as good as a matchless. but it is better than the new vox's hands down! worth looking into anyway. i love mine
