• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Taylor looks like he's having fun, nice to see.

Don't know if its intentional or not but I find I can never hear Ronnie in any Stones live mix in the past 15 years.

And hearing how it sounds with MT on lead after all these years just reminds me how little Ronnie does in that band.

The only thing I hear Taylor playing is loud screaming single note at a time leads. I much prefer the strong rhythm and subtle leads from Ronnie and Keith.

Charlie's smiling because he knows it's almost over :)

I respectfully disagree.

Normally Watts has one expression while he's drumming with the Stones, and it's his "bored" look. He looks genuinely happy to play this, and at one point gives Taylor a big grin that (to me) means "welcome back -- we missed you!"

Taylor is improving by leaps and bounds at every performance. I heard a heck of a lot more than "screaming one-note leads."

If they actually bring him to the studio after the tour, I think something special will definitely happen.
