Hi !
Once upon a time, there was a boy playing with those huge W/D/W rigs, sounded huge on stage BUT oh so terrible through FOH
It took me quite a while to find out all the technical reasons why and how speaker miking work and so on.
Since Fractal introduced the Ultra and now the FM3 , problems solved because I play In ear Monitors live and studio speakers at home.
Very curious to hear / see what you have done to deal with them 'nice' sound guys telling you that the guitars are to loud on stage

- For smaller gigs I bring the FM3 only and be done with it...
- For bigger gigs I bring my Marshall Silver Jubilee as core sound and the FM3 Speaker Sim + post FX
