I got to see that guitar in 1970, on FM's tour in support of Then Play On. To this day, I recall that experience as the best rock concert I've ever been too. And Peter Green was a bit part of it; the whole band, Danny and everyone were just fantastic. So dynamic, so much enthusiasm and smiles across the stage.

Gary Moore really did a fabulous job playing the crap out of that guitar too. Man...a force of nature; I think PG would be proud.

Gosh, I have a feeling that my opinion will not go over well, but here goes.

I think that Kirk's initials make the guitar worth MORE. He's a living legend. He's been in Metallica since 1983 and they are still going strong. His first nice guitar was a Gibson V so he certainly has a long history with Gibson guitars.
