• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Take it that none of you guys went to the show.
Saw one or two vids and looked sparse compared to when I was there in '11...........covid has taken a lot away also.

Thanks Ed, saw your vid, that was one of the two on youtube.
What's your overall take on it, thanks.

Oh great, thanks!

What's your overall take on it, thanks.

Definitely smaller than previous Arlington shows. No Gibson, Fender, or Roland/Boss displays as show anchors. No Tom Whitrock, either (though he was at the Dallas show in May). And unlike the Dallas show, no live music, which definitely added a lot of energy there. But still, it was great to be amongst like-minded guitar obsessives again. According to a couple of the women staffing the Jimmy Wallace booth at Arlington, Fender and Gibson will be back to their next show in May of 2022 -- which, if true, means hopefully they'll be back in Arlington as well.

Sorry I missed it. It sounds like an old school show…vintage offerings without huge booths of new equipment.
