yours looks great!

Both the Tele and the strat are 10/60 body dates. The strat has no neck date. Serial number is on the top, in the 55000 range (Tele is in the 54000 range). I suspect there is still red because its a later '60.

Yeah, mine is very low 50600 range. Number on bottom of plate. 5/60 body date. No neck date. I love the brown look of the early 1960. And I love the feel of the extreme body contour.

60 as well. I use to think Yamaha made the best acoustic guitars and Fender does electric but I think Fender is right up there in both. Long live Fender

'62 slab board Esquire, featherweight at 6lb 2oz. Tags, candy, strap etc., it's silly clean.........but it's the neck shape and the weight that sold it.
