He used it yesterday during a concert in Germany, as a tribute to the late Les Paul. It was so beautiful...

The pickup rings aren't bent out of square especially the bridge pu. The wraptail is more slanted on the original. In the op pic, it doesn't look as extreme even though its mostly hidden by JB's hand. The Oxblood he's playing also doesn't look like its in as rough shape as the original does here.
