Probably an ES 335 or ES 350.What is that blond guitar in post # 1?
according to the man behind the curtain an ES 335 ..but we know differentlyWhat is that blond guitar in post # 1?
Wrong big time , the caption is an obvious typograph error as this surely is a Gibson ES-350 with P90 pickups in natural/ Blonde finish .
The guitar Page is holding in that picture is an ES-350T. NOT a 335.
Yes. The ES350t is a less "blingy" Byrdland. They had a laminated maple top and rosewood fretboard. (I believe there may be a few with a carved spruce top...)Were those early ES350t models the same size and the same scale length as Byrdlands? Byrdlands being more pricey due to the solid spruce tops and more ornate binding and hardware.
Not Ebony?Yes. The ES350t is a less "blingy" Byrdland. They had a solid spruce top and rosewood fretboard.
Fretboard material was rosewood.Not Ebony?
I gotcha. I thought you were referring to the Byrdland as having rosewood fb.Fretboard material was rosewood.
Also, notice that I've corrected my quick typing: They did not have a spruce top, they (most) had a laminate maple top.
Curiously, the ES5-Switchmaster has big block inlays and a rosewood fretboard.I gotcha. I thought you were referring to the Byrdland as having rosewood fb.
