Hi all,

This is a bit of a long shot, to say the least, but I'd really like to find my old Gibson Les Paul Studio that I sold around 2006 (roughly).

I sold it in a trade for a 70s Fender Stratocaster (forgive me all, I am paying for my sins), and I would just love to have it back. I was lucky enough to have that LP as my first ever electric.

Key info:

- it was a deep red (pretty sure it had a nice flame to it) late 90s / early 00s model. I owned it from new.
-Brown leather hsc. Rosewood board. Silver Hardware.
- it was quite distinctive at the time. I'm ashamed to say I carved my favourite band names into the back with a soldering iron (again, forgive me!). Those names were: T. Rex, RHCP, the DARKNESS and probably another name I can't recall. Maybe thin lizzy.
- the fret board had some wear and it probably had Slash alnico pro iis fitted when I sold it.
- I sold it in the north of england, UK, in a place called Carlisle.

Like I say, I know it's a long shot, but if this rings a bell to anyone, please do get in touch. Hopefully wherever it has gone it has been treated a little better, but now I'd love to have my first electric back. I also know how to look after my guitars now. Fewer youthful impulses these days and more love for all things LP / guitars in general.

Thanks anyway!

Sam
