• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Love my 6G3 Deluxe!

I bought this old Deluxe 10 years ago. It needed a bit of TLC but it was all simple stuff...new speaker, new power tubes, re-bias, swap out a few old caps. I've been using it for years with a Cannabis Rex in it, which I think sounds great...but recently I tried it with a new GA SC64 -- wow!! Think sounds even better now, IMO. Just did this clip this afternoon. Such an unusual sounding Fender amp...more midrange than any other old Fender ... actually gets Marshall-ish.

This is great timing. Earlier today I was researching Brown Deluxes. I watched some Youtube videos and looked up some modern clones. Thanks for sharing. Sounds good and nice playing!

I have a brown deluxe as well. If you're shy, don't plug into one. It'll put you right out front, warts and all. These Deluxes will cut through anything. Got a buddy in Dallas who picked one up on the front steps of a pawn shop for $100 not too long ago. GREAT amp!

I've had one for 20 years! I played a friend of mine's Deluxe about 1970 and just knew I'd have to get one some day, in 2000 I found a near mint one and bought it for a great price ($650.) That and my brown 6G3 Princeton are awesome!
