I would say that a 20' booth would probably be needed if there is any kind of turnout from the forum with display guitars based on what I have seen at the Philly show.
Keep in mind that there are quite a few of us who purchase VIP admission badges at $250 each. All it would take would be for three of us to pool our $250, and we have enough for a 10' x 20' booth, which would include the 3 badges. I'd be more than willing to go this route...at the very least.

I'll finally get off my ass next year and come Frank, so count me in on your cunning plan.
Hell, we get to be there on load-in day.....maybe find some nice fiddles to take home.
Count me in, Frank! Might as well put that VIP pass to some really good use.
We could print tshirts...."Show us pictures of your guitars and we will tell you they may be Beano!" and on the other side..."Show us pictures of your guitars and we will tell you they are fakes!"
A tiny bit. Makes me feel like a local :heeI'm thinking of going to Arlington next year - a bit of a haul to get there...but this would make it super worthwhile.
:hmm
Small booths are 10’ x 10’ for $475, and come with 1 table, chairs, sign, two badges and electricity. 10’ x 20’ booths are $695, and come with 2 tables, chairs, sign, 3 badges and electricity.
Now all we need is for Renderit to agree to donate several kegs of his brew and you can sell his beer to recoup the costs...:rofl
You know what happens to you in this country when you cross state lines with brew to sell? Is that what you really want, me in prison, hey wait!!!!
I'd be happy to donate if legal, now going to Philly is a tough sell, but I'm all over Arlington. But I don't think you can legally sell it even if donated.
One thing to keep in mind, Tom. For a 20' booth, we would need quite a few people bringing at least one guitar...or one or two people each bringing a dozen or so guitars (in addition to some individuals' guitars)...in order to fill up the booth.
At the Philly show this past weekend, I brought 10 1/2 guitars, and even with a bunch of them lying down in their cases, there was still plenty of room for all the others that people brought in. Texas is a wee bit too far of a drive for me, so I probably won't bring any guitars with me; so we would need some individuals to help fill the space at the Arlington show.
I suppose worst case is that the booth looks a little bare, but that wouldn't be the end of the world. Just having a place for people to hang out and park their guitars and butts...in addition to maybe jamming a bit...would be fine. Again, from a financial standpoint, we really wouldn't be losing anything if we view this as a substitute for the VIP passes.

The venue sells its own beer. Outsiders are not welcome.
If Renderit isn't welcome, then I shall boycott the venue. :jim
Tom...can you check with Ruth and see if we can reserve it now?:jim
Maybe I could load up my baggage compartment. :hmm
Let's see. Who do we know in TX with a lot of guitars. I can't think of any. :rofl
That is surprising. Last Fall the tables were full. I don't know who owned them all, but there were quite a few guitars. I now many were yours and I brought 2.
I'll try to get this done soon, but I've got Burst visitors tomorrow. :ganz
