• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Long Island New York!

I'm doing fine (no sign of any virus in my household). I'm staying home a lot more now, and keeping my sanity by playing a lot more guitar in the basement. Using backtracks and playing along with my favorite artists, has been fun!

Okay here in Auckland, NZ.
Got our gig on Friday night for the Rock'n'Rollers........will see how many turn up........it'll be the last one for a while so the organisers say unless there's a dramatic change around the globe.

We're all in good health so far though beginning to get concerned as we can see what's happening in mainland Europe.

Our main concern is our daughter who has Crohns

Apparently up here in the North East of England we're about a couple of weeks behind London.

All concert venues shut. Most non food retailers and tourist places going into hibernation

We've cancelled band practice as either us or close relatives have underlying health issues.

Mid-Atlantic USA here. The roads are getting pretty empty. I've headed home with a DAW to work audio post-production from home. We are healthy so far. My wife is in health care so she's on the front line. We'll just cross our fingers and pray. All the best to the rest of you.

Doing OK in Minneapolis. Restaurants and bars closed, gigs cancelled, people who can are working from home. My wife has fairly bad asthma. When she gets a cold it goes right to her chest and lasts weeks, occasionally months. I'm worried about her.

self imposed quarantine in Detroit. Its spreading fairly quickly her in this city of travelers - hope to see turnaround with more testing and therapies but probably will get worse before better looking at global situation.

KUDOS to essential health and safety pros. Unreal level of commitment out there.

and finally - if youre gonna be stuck at home a few vintage and otherwise instruments sure do help to pass the time

hope you all do well out there - Im a lurker who has learned so much here

After the fires, a second horsemen of the apocolypse in the same year would be really bad luck.

:salude

Yeah 2020 hasn't started to well for us, hopefully things will get better soon.

The fires brought out the best of the community with everyone helping each other. Now it seems it's every man for himself, unfortunately.

Hope every one stays well!

Bratislava, Slovakia. Its ok here, we can still go out of home, but the numbers of infected are suspiciously low. :hmm Other, especially western european countries are in much worse situation.

Here in New Hampshire, we are doing fine. I have a lot of beef jerky and mayonnaise and mason jars so it’s cool. I think I have enough guitars to keep us warm for maybe a month.
If any members would like to contribute,I think maybe older and drier would be the best. Maybe 1960 or less should do it Thanks! Hollow bodies I bet go up quick.

Mid Minnesota and its a little quiet here. Just waiting for the wave to hit. Staying home for the most part, gigs being cancelled, and businesses being shut. Not sure how any of this is going to turn out? Hope you all weather the storm well! Peace!

Ha - I wish!! Don’t think CD would sell - then there is the money issue.

To be clear CC #24 SN#04. I 100% get it. :salude

Got it.
I checked out several Nicky CC models and they were all great!
I was with CD at the Custom Shop when he pulled one off a rack of completed ones and fell in love with that one.
One of the better CC models! :dude:

Everything appears to be OK in Natchitoches. My wife retired 3 years ago and I retired from banking last September after 36 years. We were hoping to go back to southern Utah next month on vacation but that's been put on hold. We're staying put in the house watching old movies. And when we're not doing that, she's kicking my butt in Scrabble.

San Francisco Bay Area has been under "Shelter In Place" which is a nice way of saying self-quarantine since last Sunday through at least April 7th. Update: this is now state-wide with no stated end date. People are riding bicycles and walking their dogs, at least in my neighborhood and trips to the grocery or doctor's appointments are ok while practicing social distancing.
