that looks stellar! are the '61 RIs only a Wildwood thing?

does a genuine 1961 335 have a long or short guard?

That photo is really scaring me. Beautiful guitar, but the neck looks like it is twisted horribly! I am certain it is the camera lens, but post more or I will have nightmares. If I have nightmares I don't sleep. If I don't sleep I get nasty. You don't want to see me nasty, so post more pictures. Please.

I think the guitar is at a bit of angle compared to the camera. I think the "neck twist" is an optical illusion due to this.

It does look like a 59 . I wonder why Gibson put the "long " this one on this guitar , or why Wildwood specified this pick-guard . I wonder if some original 's had them get thru . Have to ask Troy . It its still a repro no mater how you slice it . I can tell you this guitar is a killer ! The bridge p/u sounds way different than the other three guitars two of which are ebuckers. And like it the best . Glad I got it !

John555, going to keep it stock or are you going to "personalize" a couple of details? :salude

Thanks! I agree. Neither one of those are going anywhere... :peace2

P.S. John550, I didn't mean to hijack your thread. Those were posted for pick guard comparison... :salude
