Great guitar - I love my 64. Perfect necks in that year as well as superb sounding PAT pickups.

The 'ears' on yours really have the classic pointy profile.

For myself i'm rather sensitive for the neck size. This neck, at least for me, is perfect! I've had an 1959 ES 335 Reissue before and that neck is definitely fatter.

My 2014 64 ES 345 RI has a really great profile very comfortable to play , not as large as my other RI's although very nice !

Was this made in 1964 or is this a reissue? There seems to be some confusion in the replies. (I assume it's a new reissue.)

So am I.
Since NAMM last year when the newer look 335s appeared they were purported to follow the vintage ones in that the '64 neck profile was supposed to be more akin to a '59.......which appears not to be the case as we've seen.
I like a fat neck
