• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

thanks for posting my pics for me. I couldn't figure out how to do that. This is a wonderful guitar.

Let's see if this family photo works...

If you have the time and inclination, dwell on the close-ups and finish on this one... the gold and woodgrain are superb!

To me that gold color looks quite a bit different than mine. Still looks great though. This guitar was essentially unplayed/new condition. The price was about the price of the current USA Goldtop. Just couldn’t pass it up.

Yeah, R7 and USAs are different...
You gotta good deal. Newish/used R7s have long been the best bang-for-buck LPs, sho'nuff! :salude

You're going to see different gold finishes(with the Historics) in any given year since 2013........usually all in the same year of production.....on R7, R6 and R4 LPs.
Green/Gold as with djcmusicians..... and Honey/Gold which is a more amber colour...... and then even sometimes a Brass/Gold which has a copper look but it's pretty rare and not the best or historic finish imo.
