I'm giving some real thought to installing a Parsons/White Sting Bender on my 2013 Les Paul Standard. This guitar has the push-pull pots for single coil splits, reverse phase and tone bypass. I think it'll make a good bender guitar as those tone controls can make it more "Fender-like" if you will. I have a Parsons/Green String Bender on a Nashville Tele that I like a lot. So I figure, maybe to give it a shot on this Les Paul. I'm not concerned it'll "kill the tone" as is sometimes attributed to the Page #3 guitar. The Parsons/White is long throw versus a Parsons/Green which is short throw so that should be a plus in terms of performance.
