Hi Guys,

Hopefully a simple question which I can't find after googling.
What pickups were stock on a 2002 LPB7?
I love the sound of mine, they seem much milder and open sounding than my stock 1995 Standard pickups.
Pic below for reference.

Cheers
Jules

Either 57 Classic or one of The Burstbucker 1 , 2, or 3 would be my guess . The pickups are stock and have never been removed before ? The reason I ask is that the font on the sticker looks rather large , which could just be the image ?

2002 was the first year for BB2/3, I believe. (...sticker, I think that's the image... but good to verify).

The pickups are untouched. Stock with a sticker

If I remember right in ' 02' the R8 & R9 were getting the new burstbuckers 1 & 2's & some were bb2&3s , the early '03' LPB7 still had the 57classics in them . I bought a later '03' LPB7 and it had bb1&2's in it.
