• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

As a Gibson accessory... anyone see these come with a new guitar yet?

That looks fantastic. My chainsaw interior fabric is looking all of 41 years old.

edit:
There are three reviews at Sweetwater and one of them is quite critical of the build quality. I take reviews like that seriously because I know that I would expect mine to be flawless and durable. For $100 more you can get the Gator Titan waterproof case.

Not me, but I like 'em. I have an original for my '76 Deluxe and I bought I version II years ago for my '72/'54 Limited Edition Custom. I think they're the best cases out there and I'm sure these will be just as good.

I looked at the Sweetwater reviews and can't say that the issues described in the critical review apply to the SG version of the case that I bought. I do agree with another review that mentioned how small the accessory pocket is. It will also have it's glossy exterior scratched and scuffed in no time but I would think that it will have no effect on it's sturdiness. I am happy with the case so far and it is a perfect fit for my SG.
