Question About 1968 Les Paul gold top Pickups

When Gibson reissued the Les Paul in 1968, as a 'gold top' I thought the pickups were P-90s.

Well, I was looking online & I see what is claimed to be a 1968 gold top with the mini-buckers.

So, my question is, did Gibson make the 1968 Les Paul gold top reissue with only the P-90 pickups, or did Gibson also make the same guitar in 1968 with the mini-buckers, like in a Deluxe, as an option?

Latesixtieslespauls website is brilliant and especially useful now as it seems like these guitars have got very popular in recent times and prices are rising especially for the small headstock one piece neck and body 68 and 69's with long tenon neck joint. But that means people are trying to get big money for later 69 and beyond big headstock Les Paul Standards and Deluxes but they are not the same construction wise. I have one of the small headstock one piece body and neck P90 Les Paul's from 68/69 and it's a monster guitar and feels similar to a 50's/60's one but for a lot less money. Btw I'm not putting down the later 69/70 models as they can be great guitars too it's just they aren't worth the same money as the earlier 68/69 versions which were constructed more like the classic late 50's and early sixties Les Pauls.

I recently located a MIJ alternative, made by Deviser Co., the company that produces Momose, Bacchus, and other brands.
This was made for Sonix, a Japanese music instrument retailer, and it has the 'Custom Craft Guitar' logo just like the Momose LPs.
Looks like it came originally with P-90 type pickups, like a '56 type but someone installed LP Deluxe type mini-buckers.
They actually sound pretty nice but I do prefer the 'look' of the P-90s.

Gibson did not make a standard production Gibson Les Paul Standard in 1968 with mini humbuckers. It's possible that a factory mini-humbucker '68 LP Standard exists as a special order, but it's highly unlikely. I think the seller made a mistake on the year of the guitar they're selling. It could still be a great guitar though!
