R8 Pot Code Dating Help Needed

I have exhausted my research, so am asking help in reading the pot codes for my early 2000s LP R8. They are stamped as following:

Excuse my ignorance, but how does it identify as being a CTS pot? I guess it's common knowledge at this point that seeing the numbers in this sequence make it obvious?

It's a CTS format.

On some pot types, CTS is stamped elsewhere e.g. around the shaft. Depends on the product.

in the vintage days the that number would have been 1370414 where 137=CTS, 04 is the year, and 14 is the week.
