I recall you saying you were considering painting it. Tell us about the process - did you have it done, if so, where, or did you do it yourself, etc..

The white looks great. Got a good price on the faded, and now it looks even better!

Thanks guys! Yeah, there are no white flying V's with the crecent moon inlays.....and I hate dots, so....

I had a local airbrush artist that does all my work paint it for me.

How did he retain the serial number. I thought my serial number on my V when painted would still show, but it's gone now:pisd
