Thanks, I liked the Larry Carlton burst but I prefer the trapeze tail piece on the ES guitars. Acoustically they give off a banjo type sound but plugged in I don't notice a difference in sound. Trapeze make the strings a little looser because of the break angle not as sharp. I'm a huge Alex Lifeson fan and his guitars have the trapeze. Mine has been re - fretted. I also have a 68 ES 335 in tobacco sunburst and a 67 ES 355 that is going to be refinished in cream white like Lifeson's.Beautiful guitar..such a great burst!
Love blonde! My sweet 335, had it since 1993

wow...congrats i'm happy for you! I can't imagine many, if any, have the chance to see this much diversity of years so close together. My immediate thought would be that a video or something with you playing or just sharing what subtle differences you see in your collection. Crazy idea i know, mainly i just hope you enjoy the crap out of them!
Congrats! nice collection....... not a fan of the trapeze I see.... except for the Bigsby ...... I prefer the maestro vibrato. Those old Bigsby's look like a kitchen appliance from the 50's or a motorcycle kickstand

You know...sometimes you find a really cool geetar that you really want and it has a Bigsby. So even if you aren't a Bigsby fan, you go for it!Congrats! nice collection....... not a fan of the trapeze I see.... except for the Bigsby ...... I prefer the maestro vibrato. That looks great! I'd keep it that way. (And I tend to like the pickguards on most Gibsons.)Newly inbound!
Welcome any recommendations for custom-made [lefty] long pickguard, since Gibson didn't include...?
FWIW, I might keep this way, as holes not even drilled; may stick with the non-traditional look.
