• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

I'm likin' the "patent number patent applied for" title alone...genus. And I can "see" the output in the picture though I am resisting the view. "Hollow yet still full" is very difficult to achieve, but I am sure he does it in his head at least. The actual unit, hey I ain't an expert. My knowledge is hollow yet still full...

Hi,
Good Lord, the crap people try to get away with.
Well, I've had a PAF, and you sir, are no PAF!
I think our friend Lt. Kojak hit the nail so hard on the head, it ain't comin' out.

I sometimes wonder if some people understand the 'custom shop' concept. I've seen an ad on Craig's List for a "1959 Custom Shop Les Paul", and it occurred to me at the time that there might be people out there who might actually buy it thinking it was an actual 1959 guitar, particularly if the guy selling it also thinks it's a genuine 1959 guitar.

The sad thing is, for the price of that 'Patent Number PAF' you could buy quite a decent Les Paul copy fitted with a pair of perfectly good PAF replicas, or indeed a totally acceptable S/H genuine Gibbo, just a bit more recent than '59.
