• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Has anyone else dropped the $85 for this? I did, and I have to admit I was sceptical, but after having looked at it for a few weeks, I'm now convinced. This is the absolute benchmark against which any future guitar books will be judged. I'm not even a big Tele fan, but the detail they go into will make any guitar geek swoon. I'm hoping someone else decides to do it first class for some Gibson models, Firebirds in particular.

Agreed. I as well am not a tele player, but I love all guitars, and while thumbing through the book, I was simply awestruck with the quality.

Bought it on the spot. I as well hope we get one for the Les Paul. It's an heirloom quality book.

Are there still enough left for sale or are they all spoken for now?

Hey, Guys. I edited the Blackguard Book for Nacho. It really is a tremendous book. I highly recommend it to anyone who is a guitar lover. Best of all, Nacho's passion for the instrument is the intangible thing that makes this book so wonderful. Not to mention the tremendous detail of information and hundreds of pictures. There are still plenty left from JK Lutherie. FYI, after Nacho breaks even all additional money goes to OXFAM for a humanitarian project in Africa. Needless to say, Nacho is a class act.

I just recivied my copy of this book yesterday. It is expensive but worth it. This book has raised the bar for all future guitar books of this type. It is pretty much Beauty of the Burst on steroids0 Great job by Nacho and you too Michael :yay

Thanks, Matt. I appreciate the kind words. BTW, Nacho will be at the Long Island show signing copies of the book which will be for sale. They will also have some nice blackguards on display.

I have one. It's very nicely done. Worth the dollars if you are a vintage Telecaster fan.

I bought the book for my '52 as well. It really helped in the restoration process. What great guitars and what a great book...
